Our Policies

We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience at Triangle Nail Bar & Spa.  We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and our employees.

Appointment Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance.  A credit card number will be require to make a reservation for party of 3 or more people.  Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services to your credit card account. We recommend that you make reservation well in advance so that your desired times can be reserved.  Deposit on a group party's reservation will not be refunded if appointments are missed without prior 24 hour cancellation notification.

Arrival Time

  • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time (parking can be difficult during the weekends).

Late Arrival

  • Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service.  If you expect to be late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible.  


Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.  Gift certificates are to be treated as cash, and  therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.

Payment:

  • We accept all major credit cards, but no personal checks, please.  Tipping is cash preferred.

Medical Conditions and Special Needs

  • Prior to receiving your services, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or disabilities.  This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
